Blizzard’s recently revealed Diablo 4 roadmap didn’t get the warm reception the company hoped for. Fans expressed disappointment over its limited scope and lack of major surprises. While roadmaps are supposed to offer transparency, they can backfire when they appear too conservative or vague. The lack of new mechanics or endgame content was especially noted by the hardcore community.
